Thank you for shopping with BlissBathandSoapLLC. Because our products are personal care items, we take hygiene and safety seriously. Please review our return and refund policy below.

 

Returns

Due to the personal nature of bath and skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request assistance, please email us at Blissbathandsoap@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect product

 

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement product

  • A store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds will be processed once the issue has been reviewed and approved.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless damaged)

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help you work toward a resolution.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
